The Au Naturel Collection is crafted with raw hair bundles and high quality lace and is designed to celebrate hair in its natural state. Like the Lux Collection, these units are built to last 2 to 5 years with proper care and maintenance.

Every unit in this collection is custom constructed entirely by hand using raw hair and high quality lace, and includes color options for a truly one of a kind look. These units are designed to last 2 to 5 years with proper maintenance and are the ultimate expression of luxury wig artistry.

Our RTS units are designed to fit a range of head sizes from small to large. We recommend knowing your measurements before placing an order, as we are not responsible for ill-fitting units due to improper measurements being provided or not provided at all.

If you wear an XL, we strongly recommend placing a custom unit order rather than purchasing from our RTS collection. A custom unit allows us to build specifically to your measurements and make any necessary adjustments or accommodations to ensure the most accurate and comfortable fit possible.

You will need your front to nape, ear to ear across the hairline, nape ear to ear, and head circumference measurements. If you are unsure how to take your measurements, please refer to our measurement tutorial video before placing your order.

Custom unit production has a standard turnaround time of 5 to 7 weeks. Production is completed on business days only and does not include weekends or holidays.

Your custom unit moves through distinct phases of production. You will receive updates as your unit progresses through each stage so you always know where things stand.

Yes, custom orders can be cancelled before your unit enters Phase Two of production, which is the construction phase. Once your order has entered Phase Two, it cannot be cancelled. We encourage you to reach out to our support team as early as possible if you need to make any changes to your order.

The BYOB Bring Your Own Bundles Mail-In Service is for clients who want to have a unit constructed by our master wig artist Moni Bee using their own hair. This is a construction service only and does not include any products such as hair or lace. All hair and lace must be provided by the client.

Production for mail-in orders begins once your hair has been received. You will be notified when your package arrives and your unit enters the production queue.

Please refer to our BYOB service guidelines for full instructions on how to properly prepare and label your bundles and closure before mailing them in to ensure smooth and accurate construction.

We have a flexible return and refund policy because your satisfaction matters to us. If your unit does not meet your standards upon receipt, you may return it for a refund minus the processing fee. There is no restocking fee. Refunds are issued back to the original form of payment and can take 7 to 10 business days to process.

To be eligible for a return, the unit must be unworn, with the lace still fully intact and in the same condition it was in when it was originally mailed to you. Units that have been worn, altered, or have had the lace cut will not be accepted for return.

Custom orders can be cancelled and refunded before the unit enters Phase Two of production. Once construction has begun, the order can no longer be cancelled or refunded. We recommend reaching out to us promptly if you have any concerns about your order.

Yes, RTS units are eligible for return provided they meet the return condition requirements listed above. The unit must be unworn, lace intact, and in the same condition it arrived in.

We recommend using our signature AOG Wig Care Kit, which includes everything you need to properly care for your unit all in one place. Looking to take your maintenance routine a step further? Our AOG Wig Maintenance Kit has you covered. This kit includes everything you need to maintain your lace and keep your unit looking amazing, and comes complete with a wig storage bag and mannequin head so you have everything in one convenient bundle. Both kits are available for purchase on our website and make the perfect addition to any wig care routine. If you choose to use your own products outside of our kits, always select options that are gentle and free of harsh chemicals. What you put on your unit matters just as much as how you care for it.

When washing your unit, always hold it by the wig cap and never by the lace. Pulling or handling the lace during washing can cause tearing or ripping over time and shorten the life of your unit. Treat the lace gently and always support the unit from the cap throughout the entire washing process. After washing, air drying is strongly recommended over heat drying. Allowing your unit to dry naturally helps preserve the integrity of the hair and keeps it looking its best wash after wash.

For biweekly wear, washing your unit once a month is generally sufficient. For everyday wear, a weekly wash routine is recommended to keep your unit fresh and well maintained.

Our Lux, Upscale, and Au Naturel units are crafted with raw hair and can be styled with care. Always be mindful of the amount of heat you apply and opt for lower heat settings whenever possible to maintain the longevity of the hair. For the Faux Collection, please note that these units are made with synthetic fibers. If heat styling tools are used on your Faux unit, always stay under 350 degrees to avoid damaging the hair. Exceeding this temperature can permanently alter the fibers and is not covered under our return or exchange policy

Each Art of Glueless unit is designed to be worn glueless and we strongly advise against using any adhesive during installation. Going glueless is not only better for the health of your scalp but it also significantly extends the life of your unit. Adhesive can break down the lace over time and shorten the lifespan of even the highest quality unit.

When you are not wearing your unit, always store it on a mannequin head. This helps the unit maintain its shape and keeps the style intact between wears. For long term storage, place your unit in a breathable bag to protect it from dust and environmental factors while still allowing airflow to keep the hair healthy.
